The specialized hardening process of the Stiller Sinus Lift leaves softer area in the shank of the curette. This allows you to quickly reposition the tips with a pair of pliers, while at the same time the fully hardened tips do not distort during instrumentation. The laser etched safe bending zones on the blunt and sharp curettes allow you to quickly see the softer section of the shank. Housed within the Sterilization Cassette, the complete Stiller Sinus Lift Kit includes one Carbide and two Diamond burs to create the window, two Titanium Tipped Aspirators (Ø1.5mm and Ø3.0mm) with tissue relief holes to prevent grabbing of soft tissue, three Sharp and three Blunt malleable tipped curettes, two Universal fixed tip Curettes, a Graft Material Spoon / Plugger combination and two weighted mixing cups with lids in a PTFE Bur Caddy.
